Disney and Universal VIP Tour Information for Travel Agents
For over 10 years Magical Tours has worked with travel agents offering private tours of the Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando theme parks. Magical Tours is a small, family business owned and operated by David Dixon, a former Magic Kingdom Disney cast member.
Magical Tours is more than happy to offer travel agents commission for the sale of our tours. We have even had the privilege of giving private tours to many agency owners and officers.

Magical Tours would much rather have an excellent working relationship with travel agents through our tours.
Magical Tours prefers for the travel agent to handle all the travel needs of their clients.
To be quite honest, we find giving tours to be much easier and more lucrative than selling travel. Dealing with the travel problems and needs of a client during their vacation is not easy – my hat is off to those of you who do that for a living! So please trust me when I say that we are not remotely interested in “stealing your clients”.

What is the difference between your tours and Disney’s own tours?
It is important to be upfront with your clients concerning what Magical Tours can (and cannot) do for them.
The last thing Magical Tours wants is for our guest to be disappointed in our services because they misunderstood what we can do for them.
Cost of Tours:
Most days of the year Magical Tours charges a flat $1000 for Disney tours and $500 for Universal tours.
This flat rate covers up to 6 people, with an extra charge for any extra guests beyond the party of 6.
Our guides start their tours promptly when the parks open in the morning.
Our tours last until 5 PM.
Our guests can tour with their guide all day long until 5 PM, or end their day early if they choose – the flat rate remains the same.
Disney charges by the hour.
Disney charges upwards of 5 times as much as we do for their tour guides.
Disney’s tour rates cover a party of up to 10 people and require a 7 hour minimum investment.
Magical Tours guides have to work within the parameters of Disney’s FastPass+ system.
Our guides know how to manipulate the FastPass system and can get FastPasses at a much higher rate than other guests.
It is not unusual for our guests to enjoy 10 or more FastPasses by the end of the tour.
However, our guides can only get FastPasses that are physically still in Disney’s FastPass system.
If an attraction has no more FastPasses available in the system, then our guides cannot get FastPasses for that attraction.
Guests who use Disney’s own service do not need to worry about FastPass constraints or availability.
Guests using Disney’s guides have unlimited access to any FastPass+ attraction through the FastPass lines.
How the Tours Operate:
Magical Tours offers “tours” of the theme parks and generally can only visit each ride once using the FastPass lines.
Our guides use itineraries we have developed, visiting the attractions in a specific order.
This allows our guides to maximize the number of FastPasses we can get for our guests.
Disney’s service allows for guests to revisit attractions multiple times using the FastPass lines.
Disney’s service also allows for the guests to visit the attractions in any order they choose.
Magical Tours does not arrange any transportation for our tour guests.
Our guides meet their guests at the theme park in the morning.
If our guests wish to “park hop”, our guides use Disney’s complimentary public transportation to travel between theme parks.
Disney’s tour services include private transportation to the theme parks, as well as private transportation between theme parks.
Other Items Included in the Service:
Magical Tours services cover only the cost of the tour – we do not supply food, souvenirs or other expenses.
Disney’s tour service includes access to certain snacks such as bottled drinks, popcorn and ice cream bars.
Why do we need to use your services at Universal when we can just buy a Universal Express Pass?
Universal allows guests with Express Passes to go to any ride at any time of the day.
Because of this, Express Lines for certain rides can get quite congested.
The only way Universal regulates this is by only selling so many Express Passes per day.
However, they have a secret they do not headline on their website concerning the length of the Express Pass lines.
They only promise that the Express Pass lines will never be longer than “half as long” as the regular lines.
This means that if the regular line is 90 minutes, the Express Pass line can be as long as 45 minutes.
Magical Tours guests are required to purchase Universal Express Passes for their Universal tours.
Magical Tours has developed itineraries that allow us to circumvent most all of the crowds and congestion.
Guests using Magical Tours’ services experience average Express Pass wait times of 5 to 10 minutes long.
This frequently allows Magical Tours guests to enjoy almost all the rides at both Universal theme parks in just one day!
