Your very own former Disney cast member tour guide will be at your side to help you navigate any destination you choose, help minimize your wait times for rides, help you avoid the long lines and high capacity crowds these parks are known for, and help get you the best viewing spots for parades and shows.  You can count on your Magical Tours guide to bring the parks alive for you with history, knowledge and a little sprinkling of Pixie Dust, too!

All of our private VIP tours are planned according to your feedback from our signature Itinerary Survey that tells us everything from what sort of rides and shows you enjoy to what foods you crave, as well as whether or not you want to shop for desperately needed souvenirs, hunt down Disney and Universal characters for autographs or enjoy any of the extra-circular activities the theme parks have to offer.

Tour costs range from $475 per day (non-peak season) to $775 per day (peak season and holidays).  Since we highly recommend only touring one park per day, we offer discounts for touring two (2) or more consecutive days at a time.  All tour rates are subject to change.

For groups larger than 10 guests, an additional charge will be added per tour day.

All tours must be fully paid for before they are considered 'booked'.  Due to a limited number of tour guides and a high demand for certain dates, we cannot 'hold' tour dates for guests without full payment.

Should the need to cancel your tour arise, please do so no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of your tour to receive a full refund (minus a 5% book keeping fee).  Tours cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the tour may not be eligible for a full refund.

We are very sorry, however we cannot issue refunds due to inclimate weather or any other situations out of our control.
