As with our Private VIP Tours, our Guided Group Tours are lead by former Walt Disney World cast member tour guides with years of experience and wisdom at hand. All of our Magical Tours guides have been specially trained by the Walt Disney Company in handling the demands of large groups while also taking care of each of the individual needs of their guests. Our goal is to make each of your group’s guests feel as though they were attending a private tour made just for them. 	If your group would like to visit the theme parks of central Florida, but isn't quite sure how to go about planning for the trip, Magical Tours will be more than happy to assist you in making sure your vacation is one you will never forget. From finding a proper place to stay, to helping you order your group's tickets, to guiding your group through each of the parks - we will be at your side every step of the way. With knowledge of where to find the best deals on food, lodging and attraction tickets, Magical Tours, and the Disney 'Earmarked' specialist we work with, can easily help your group to organize a vacation well within your budget! If your group is departing from, and returning to, a hotel in the Orlando area, our guides can even arrange to meet your group early in the morning at your hotel, and 'step on' to your bus to join your group for the entire day. This way, our guides can maximize their time with your group and answer any questions your group's members may have before they even get to the park! For seniors, we completely understand your need for a relaxing and stress free vacation. From knowing how to avoid the busy crowds and long lines that fill the parks, to knowing just where to find that much needed bench or restroom in a pinch - our primary goal is to make sure that you won't end up needing a vacation from your vacation! For traveling youth and student groups, our student tours are designed especially for you. Whether it's spring or summer break, Disney's Grad Nite or Night of Joy, Universal's Rock the Universe, or any other occasion for wild fun, you will find the treasure trove of knowledge our guides have to offer your group invaluable during your entire stay. From what rides not to miss (and how to minimize your time waiting in lines for them!) to where you can find the best places to eat and shop - your own Disney trained tour guide will make sure you don't miss out on any of the action!
	All Magical Tours Guided Group Tours are designed to begin as early as possible to make the best use of your group's touring time. Tours can often last well into the evening, or until the group has seen and enjoyed all there is to do! All guests attending the tour must be 18 years of age or have a parent, guardian or chaperone present. Groups touring Walt Disney World may choose to visit one Disney park, or multiple parks, during their tour day - depending on what their tickets allow. Groups touring Universal Studios may choose to visit one park, or both Universal parks, during their tour day - depending on what their tickets allow. However, due to the system our guides use to keep your wait times for rides to a minimum, we highly recommend only visiting one park per tour day. All guests must furnish their own park tickets and passes as needed. Food, souvenirs, or other expenses incurred during the tour will be the sole responsibility of the guests attending the tour. Guided Group Tours are priced at $10 per guest attending the tour, with a minimum charge of $400 (or the equivalent of 40 guests). For student groups, there will be no charge for chaperones tending to the students. All tours must be fully paid for before they are considered 'booked'. Due to a limited number of tour guides and a high demand for certain dates, we cannot 'hold' tour dates for guests without full payment. Should the need to cancel your tour arise, please do so no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of your tour to receive a full refund (minus a 5% book keeping fee). Tours cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of the tour may not be eligible for a full refund. We are very sorry, however we cannot issue refunds due to inclimate weather or any other situations out of our control.
